In a nutshell, property can be owned, built upon, and, at the same time, protected, with little effect on the precious jungle and its habitats. If you purchase land with a legal obligation to protect it, you will deal almost solely with the Eco Tour Board (an alternative branch of Government). In other words, “clearing land” with heavy equipment greatly increases your costs, not to mention kills the environment. Also, it increases the number of governmental hoops you must jump through and permits you must obtain. We teach you how to protect the environment, save money and legally own your land.

This is not to say you cannot build on your land or have a business on your land. Rather, controlled construction within the rainforest (a home in the trees or family ocean retreat) is much more highly favored by the government than a high-rise hotel. The type of construction requiring destruction of delicate rain forest areas is highly discouraged and a lot more expensive in every way.
