All vacation reservations (i.e. your family, group, or individually customized trip) require a Four Hundred Dollar ($400.00) refundable deposit per person.  Please be advised that Sea Earth does sell out, especially during the high seasons of January through April and June through August.   Further, detailed organization is involved in the preparation of your trip.  Thus, we cannot guarantee specific activities and dates until the deposit is received.  We will use our best efforts to accommodate a reasonable adjustment as to dates. However, Sea-Earth more flexibly accommodates activity changes than date changes. Reasonable changes will be honored subject to group size and availability.

The further in advance you book you travel dates, the more likely an adjustment will be accommodated. 

Sea-Earth guarantees the following:

• A $400.00 per-person deposit absolutely secures the dates agreed upon between you and Sea-Earth.  (You are guaranteed your initial reserved space.) If a group cancels, for emergency reasons, the deposit will be refunded into a future trip at the same price. (Cost will not increase.)
